In the tattoo business since 2015,
it was at the age of 12 that she knew that this path would be her path.
Breaking through the layers of our physical body to reveal what our heart says about us. For her, tattooing is more than a plastic expression, an act of breaking the skin... Her research into tattooing is a real spiritual path that allows her to vibrate with others during a session.
My journey...
My sensitivity from an early age made me see that I would not choose a classic path in my journey on this Earth...
Rocked by music, introspective, shy and creative, the 12-year-old Laurie asks herself the question how to connect to this World, how to share depth with the people around her, how to bring meaning to her existence?
It is through music that I will connect to the world of tattooing. Through music, I connect to sounds, but also to images... listening for hours and hours to my favorite artists of all time: Thom Yorke from Radiohead, John Frusciante from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jimi Hendrix... ...and so many others. It comes to me the desire to share this depth that I feel through music and to connect to people, to their story.
What drives us in the tattoo?
The idea of engraving a part of us, an event of our life, healing, accepting ourselves, magnifying ourselves....
The Universe then places souls on my path who will come to guide me and I will decide to get closer to art. I do 3 years in Design and Applied Arts and while keeping this idea in mind to tattoo, I do a year in Plastic Arts then the opportunity arises, I start tattooing.
In 2015, self-taught, I will join a salon in the south of France to tattoo and do my apprenticeship for many good years.
After several years of participating in the Tattoo Conventions in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, I will decide to put my luggage in this country and open my own tattoo studio in 2021 in order to take you into my universe.
To finally come back to my home country in south of France, to tattoo in a private studio.
My vision...
The intradermal tattoo is a way to mark one's history, to live a unique experience and also a way through a pattern visible or not depending on the location of the body to affirm a part of ourselves and to expose it in the way of a painting on a physical and moving support which is our body.
It drives self-confidence, self-affirmation, personal and/or identity development.
The tattoo is an ancestral art which crosses the history and which does not cease evolving during this one, it is a plastic, philosophical and societal expression.
Tattoo and spirituality:
In my vision, the tattoo creates an opening in your physical body, an opening that extends to all your other bodies: emotional, mental, astral, etheric...
This is why it is to me important for you to choose the pattern that suits you, that speaks to you, that vibrates with you.
The tattoo can have real value therapeutic / holistic and it is important to me to guide you well during a session to bring good intentions to this opening that you will allow to create.
From the simplest, to the most complex of patterns, large or small. Intent matters.
It is important to me to put a conscience in what I do for you.
By tattooing you you share your trust, your intimacy and I have to honor you during this process.
And the best way to know if a design is right for you is to listen to your heart. I always say that there is no chance in the choices, the encounters that we have. Everything is in its place.
My style...
You come up with an idea and I realize with my little hands a pattern that suits you.
My main paw is the FINE LINE as well as the incorporation of DOTWORK in textures and geometries while navigating in these different universes which form a whole:
