Let's talk together
Can I change the location of my tattoo? Can we meet in person to discuss my project?...

I answer your questions...
Getting in touch :
We can initially establish contact via e-mail by filling out the form in the "contact" section.

By completing this form you can send me:

- Your contact details (so that I can reach you)
- The desired location of your tattoo
- The size, in cm is important because if you tell me: "as in the photo" or "not too big" we do not have the same size scale and I can very well look at the photo of the location on a computer or on a phone.
- Describe your project, what inspirations, your ideas, your symbolism etc...

And then I can ask you for additional information.

Can we meet to talk about the project?

Sure ! Many things happen in an exchange when we meet. The words pass much better by actually seeing each other.
We can feel if a connection is established between us, which is very important since you are placing your trust in us for the realization of a project that remains for life.
Also I can more easily feel your energy and understand what you need, vice versa.

You can simply specify in the contact form that you want us to meet.

Generally, for small tattoos, a photo and the description can be enough and we can easily make an appointment for the tattoo session and see together on the day.

Can we change the size?
See together the location?

For small tattoos, you can already send me the size you would like, then I can guide you according to my experience, which is feasible and not feasible. I can advise you on the ideal size for this or that type of model, mainly to ensure that your tattoo will age well. For the location, if you are not completely sure (which is always better because as said in the article "Finding your model", from one location to another the composition may vary), depending on whether it is a hesitation between a wrist and an ankle, the model will be easily adaptable without modifications.

For large tattoos it's different. We will see together beforehand the ideal size, the one that will suit you and once this size has been chosen according to the location, it will be difficult to change the location. Depending on whether it is on a back or a thigh... the composition will not be the same and we can speak of a completely different model. So this will be well defined together during our exchange.

Trust yourself for the location: "I hesitate between the right or the left" I often say that the location that comes to you first is often the right one. Listen to your intuition.

It's all about communication

At Dhermorium Tattoo, we advocate good communication between tattoo artist and client. Because everything will be defined with the exchange that we will have. We are here to give you the best advice, listen to you and ensure that your project is accomplished in the most optimal way for you. As long as our exchange has not resulted in an optimal understanding between the tattoo artist and the client, we do not launch the project.

Can I come with someone? (Friends, family...close)
The Dhermorium Tattoo studio is on a human scale, a welcome that wants to be cozy, and a technical space that is exactly right to receive the necessary equipment. However it's what I call a "tiny shop", small but cute. :D
I may allow you to be accompanied but it depends on several things:

- If it's for a joint tattoo: it's OK. As long as the two people are the future tattooed.
- If it's a small tattoo that will take between 10 and 30 minutes: it's OK. You can come with 1 person, no more.
- Coming with your children? it is NOT OK. You're going to be distracted, your kids are going to be bored, your tattoo artist is going to be distracted. Have them kept that day, it's your time.
- If it's a big project: it's NOT OK.

Why ? Because now is your time. And we both need to be focused in this process and to be able to feel comfortable.

Already, the session will be long for you, but even longer for the person accompanying you.
I often say that time stands still when you get a tattoo, you don't see the clock ticking.
But that's not the case for someone who sits there watching us for hours. And I want us both to be completely comfortable and in our bubble for this moment.

Do you tattoo minors?

Although the legislation does not prohibit it directly, with parental agreement signed by both parties, I am not for tattooing minors. For these simple reasons: between what goes through us at 15 and who we become at 18, there is a world.
Adolescence is a period of age where we evolve so much, our tastes too.

People wait 30 years, even 60 years to get their first tattoo. And it comes at the right time, at the time of their approach they are aware of the impact that their tattoo will have on the perception of themselves, of the impact that it will have over time and will be able to fully appreciate it in their development over the years.
At 15 a lot of things go through us and it's great to have experiences. However let us moderate these experiments and avoid making something indelible.

I can only present my experience to you so that you can understand (although we are all different):
Very young I wanted to get a tattoo, I already had ideas, inspirations: "Ah, I want that, that's for sure!".
And my mother, aware of my difference, of my way of being, still advised me to wait until I was 18.
18 years and 2 days I had taken my first go to a tattoo artist, for years of waiting I had fantasized about this tattoo, I wanted it to have a strong symbolism, and I was able to really make it mature until D-Day.
Today I absolutely do not regret it because it came out of me as obvious.
And I didn't do any of the other tattoos I wanted to do when I was 15. I thank myself for my patience, and my mother also for having been able to say no to me when it was necessary.

I know I wanted these tattoos to affirm my difference, my identity... and I managed to express this difference through my clothing style, my haircuts, some piercings, music, art... for example.

I am happy today not to have this octopus coming out of my ear or this world map under my feet... Because I am completely different today, my tastes have evolved, my vision of the world has evolved and is constantly evolving.
But I was able to choose the right moment, the tattoo artists to make the pieces that came from my gut and that I absolutely do not regret today.

3 years? 2 years? 1 year of waiting? It's really not much in a lifetime...
